Common Issues
Expand a topic for a quick answer based on the Privata FAQ guide.
Check that the file type is supported first. Privata supports PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, common image formats, TXT, and MD files. If the file is valid and still fails, include the file type, error message, and upload steps in your support request.
Keep collections focused on one subject area such as a product line, service area, prior proposals, or pricing. Smaller, specific collections usually produce better results than one large mixed library, and you can create them from the Knowledgebase, a project, or the New Project Wizard.
Open Billing & Subscription to review your plan and Billing History. Receipt and invoice links are available there, and the main account choice is Individual for solo work or Corporate for shared team access.
Create a project, attach one or more collections, upload the source file, and choose the workflow. Use Q&A when the document has separate questions to answer individually, or Proposal when you need one full narrative response.
Account access is protected with email verification and SMS verification. For account removal, open your profile page and use Delete My Account in the Danger Zone after reviewing the warning about permanent data removal.
